Why do I have to manually push the button on my HP 1012 printer before it will print from Wordperfect?quot;? -

I can print items that are online just fine but when I am working in wordperfect, I have to push a button on my printer before it will print. Also it will not print labels properly.

Sounds like you have an older printer. You may find out the the maker of the printer may have updated firmware on their support website. Would be a good idea to download the latest driver/software for your printer as well.
