Do I need to change settings in PrintShop to accomodate printing on vellum? -

It came out pretty light and the ink looks spotty.It also smeared quite a bit. Do I choose photo paper options instead of the plain paper option? Its a slightly shiny gold vellum.

You actually need a special vellum which is inkjet printable.
