How to I recharge my ink with Ciss R285? -

Hi I have an epson R285 printer I got like 2 weeks ago. I also got one of them CISS continuis ink things to go with it. I installed it fine but now the black had ran out inside the ink cartrage (the inside one not the one standing outside the printer) its asking me to recharge it but keeps saying incompatible cartrige how do I fix this please?
