Anyone know how to fix a printer that makes everything appear with lines on it? -

I have an Epson Stylus CX9400Fax. Out of nowhere, a few weeks ago, (i didn t DO anything to it) it starts printing everything with lines on it. I used the maintenance software it came with to quot;realignquot; the print heads or whatever they re called. I followed the directions and it came out worse! All the black bars have white lines on them; I don t know what they re talking about! Anyone have a solution to this problem?

Are the ink cartriges nearly empty? if so change them, empty cartridges sometimes cause that, if not i dont know, go back to the store you got it from and get a refund

I was just about to answer to use the quot;realignquot; but in your case you can contact support from epson. just check their website. It is better that you talk to the epson support so that you are in the right track and not do things that might void your warranty of the product.
