How to connect printer or projectors to my MacBook? -

I am planning to buy a printer and projector but as I look at the port of my MacBook I din t find port fot it. Is there any adaptor to be use for this? Please help!!!

USB. Everything has USB. If you re trying to buy a serial-port device, you ll need to buy a different device, because absolutely no sane person uses serial ports anymore. Printers use a USB-B plug, and computers generally have USB-A. Some printers come with this cable, others don t. It s not that hard to get one. Depending on your MacBook, you ll need an adapter for a projector. If your computer is made of metal, you need either of the Mini DisplayPort adapters. If it is plastic, you need a Mini DVI adapter. If you actually have an iBook instead of a MacBook, you need a Mini VGA adapter. But you also need to know what port is on that projector to know what adapter you need.
