How do I switch my printer to print black and white? -

What do I have to click on to print black and white? (I have a Hewlett Packard Psc 1200 series printer)

Double click on the printer icon near your clock on the bottom right of your desktop. This will bring up a properties menu. Click on the quot;Colorquot; tab and select quot;Print in Grey Scale.quot; Hit OK and you re good to go.

It is a option on your computer go to printer settings.

go to print something then click printing preferences. check black only or greyscale

doesn t matter what type of printer you have they all have that option is always in the properties, if you press ctrl+p

Go to control panel and then quot;Printers and Faxesquot;. Right click on your printer and select quot;Printing Preferencesquot;. There should be a quality tab where you can select black and white.

Not all printers can do this but if yours can it will be in Printer Properties under default settings and will say something like print with only black cartridge.

np pro at all if copying black copy or write and do only in black or u could take out the colored cartridge
