Why does my printer prints addresses on the envelopes in green? -

My printer prints addresses on the envelopes in green. I checked all the settings of the printer and address label, and they seemed to be set to black or default. can anyone help me figure this out?

It means two things. The cartrdige is missing magenta or you ran out of black ink. Replace the black ink if you just need to print in black.

I would say make sure you don t have a color cartridge where the black ink goes.

If your carts are full, do a clean nozzle cycle. It may have to done a few times
