Do I have to print an alignment page for my printer? -

I just got an hp printer and my mom bought the photo paper instead of plain white paper. Therefore, my printer wont print an alignment page but can i still install the software, and then continue printing out photos?

most modern printers go into quot;alignmentquot; when an ink cartridre is changed and often after shutdown, photo paper is expensive. strongly suggest you load some paper and go thru the alignment process, it will result in better prints. if in doubt, contact the manufacturer; you are still on warranty
