Try a printer quot;resetquot;. Here s how: ? Remove ALL cartridges ? Turn off printer ? Unplug the printer from the power source for a full 5 minutes ? Reverse steps. Plug back in, turn on printer and install all cartridges
Sometimes cartridges are purchased faulty. Try performing a head clean; if that fails, I would try another cartridge. If it works, then send the faulty one back to where you purchased it.
It s look like ink in catridge not yet solid, there are air bubbles. try to head cleaning. (in printer properties,maintenance, head cleaning)
Probably needs the contacts on the cartridge and the connector cleaned.
