What is the cheapest Printer Company for offset Black and White? -

I wish to have some 11quot;x17quot; Pen and Inks copied and may not print them myself! That is, if I can find someone with an offset that does NOT charge an arm and a leg!

If you have a local hole in the wall sign shop or print shop that will be the best place to start. Thier prices are often negotiable and at the commercial level 11 x 17 printing is pretty standard.
