What kind of printers do you use with a laptop? -
You can use any printer with any laptop.(Almost every printer have a Printer Port and a USB Port). You can try using portable printers.(Its easy to carry) Any kind of printer (Colour or normal) works fine with laptops. Remember, laptop is just a compact computer.
Hallo sir, Any kind of printer will work with your Laptop, most of the modern laptop have provision for USB Port. If the laptop has that cable just connect it and make sure you have the drivers (CD) that come along with the printer. If the printer does not have USB cable then it has LPT cable. Connect it to the laptop. The hardware will be detected automatically and you will be required to have the CD that come with your printer. for more details feel free to contact me on ismuir2000@yahoo.com
Some printers now connect to any computer with USB ports which most (if not all) laptops come with. So, you can pretty much use just about any printer if your laptop has the right inputs.
I use a Canon laptop printer... check out canonusa.com
I have a macbook pro and before that another macintosh laptop and for six years I ve used the bubble-jet by canon. I just got the new one about three months ago, the i90 bubblejet and it s tiny and it rocks. Go to apple.com website, go to the store section, then find printers....from there you can find reviews for many different printers they sell. The i90 can work on any laptop, doesn t just have to be a mac.....it prints out pictures really well and is only two inches tall and ten inches wide.... good luck, Jack
the same as with a desk top. they just hook up with the usb port, same as a desk top.
hp laserjet
A laptop is a computer just like any other. It can print to the same sort of printers that any other computer can print to. That said, there are portable printers made to be carried around with laptops. But these printers can just as easily be used with desktop computers. There s really no difference except in the size of the case.
