must be running vista. Do this, unplug the printer usb. Turn the printer off. Plug in the usb, turn on the printer. Do you hear a beep. You may have to reinstall the driver disc again.
Do what Dana V said, but also unplug the printer from power outlet for a few minutes. Then plug back in when the driver software tells you to do it. Good luck
go to Control Panel open printers. right click on your printer icon. menu will drop. choose quot;properties.quot; and left click window box will open. click on tab that says quot;portsquot; take check mark out of LTP box. scroll down to USB box and put check mark in there. hit quot;applyquot; or quot;OKquot; reboot
