Can a printer that is set to print black and white by default be changed to print one color item? -

My college has a laser printer that defaultly prints black and white, is there some setting i can adjust for it to print color for one time, so I can print my brochure? Thanks.

First the particular laser printers that are available for a particular PC hooked into your college network would have to have integrated COLOR capabilities, and if so you would have to designate that COLOR LASER PRINTER. Next for most software, when you say PRINT DOCUMENT or PRINT PAGE normally before one click okay, there is a PROPERTIES BOX that lets one specify Black amp; White or Color and like Drafts etc. Your NEXT BEST BET would be tp visit your local FedEX KINKOS, STAPLES or OFFICE DEPOT and pay the fee...also if you were out to impress you could also buy a package of HP Brochure or HP matte paper.
