My Canon i9950 works fine but lately it has started to print black lines on the back of prints.? -

Black marks also appear on the bottom edges of the paper. I wonder if the rollers need cleaning, but I m not sure how to do that.

I ve got an i250 printer and that has a quot;Clean Rollersquot; in the Maintenance so I would think there is no reason why you wouldn t have either. Start ? Settings ? Printers amp; Faxes ? Right click on your printer and select Properties ? Select Maintenance ? Roller Cleaning.
