Is there a program that can be purchased for an HP ofc jet that can print out borderless 8.5 x 11 pictures? -

I have frames with matting for 8.5 x 11 pictures but my current printing software will only print out an 8 x 10 picture with white margins. My printer is a HP Office Jet 6110 All-in-One. It seems that the options are all driven by the printer and not by software on my computer. Is this correct?

i think you would need a different printer to do that...i have an HP photosmart C3100 printer and mine prints without borders ...it s under the page setup.....printer....properties..then i have the option to do borderless printing and many different sizes

In general printers can t print right up to the paper s edge and in this case software isn t going to change the hardware limitations.
