I want to have a photo printed on the disc. I don t want to have to pay $200 just to get a couple CD s labeled.

Your best and cheapest solution is to buy a printer that can print onto CD/DVD s. The least expensive one manufactured is the Epson R280. It is a excellent photo printer, with 6 individual ink cartridges and High Definition inks, but it also prints onto the printable CD/DVD s.
