What is the BEST color printer for 11x17 and lesser sizes? -

I want an excellent printer that will print in color 11x17 as well as all lesser sizes, giving me quality digital prints. Also, what printer is best for 8x10 size prints?

The absolute best printer for everything is Canon Pixma 3000, will print labels and all.
